I love Summer's workshops! Sometimes I think I do my best writing sitting on her porch or--these days--gathering on Zoom. Whenever I participate, I always write something that surprises me, which is a delight. Summer is a warm and engaging leader, and her writing prompts are top notch. Participating in her workshops is always a pleasure, and I leave feeling more inspired than ever to embrace the writing life. --Lisa Colburn, Market Street Writers

"Whether your purpose for writing is artistic expression, communication with friends and family, the healing of inner life, or achieving public recognition for your art- the foundation is the same: the claiming of yourself as an artist/writer and the strengthening of your writing voice through practice, study, and helpful response from other writers.
